i think this is kinda great.
this days girls pay too much attention on the appearance of how they are, its not a bad thing unless it turns into a kind of obsession.
I know of friend's friend who end up in the hospital because they don't eat properly or worst don't eat at all and exercise too much.
if size zero people lived in the 1900's in the chinese era, people would probably think they come from some poor family...men would want their women to look meaty and voluptuous which meant then that the family was rich enough to feed the wife well...
imagine the horror if those people came through a time machine to their future and realise things turned the other way round...
its just about balance.
i hate exercising, unless it contains fun like badminton, chasing after a ball and stuff...
i don't go running on threadmill much cause its so boringggg. so i walk alot more, it i can walk i won't take the bus or mrt for those short distances....compensate i guess...hahaa...
and diets? i wish i could.
but i would never last a day, bring me to some bakery or cake shop or something i like and say byebye to determination...lol...
damn i wish i had those kind of weighing machines like the one above.
it would make me a whole lot happier.
till then i shall take my yummy nom noms and just walk more.
