Presenting Blackle.
An unofficial custom version of Google search engine developed by Heap Media Australia. Who claim that certain types of computer monitors save substantial energy when displaying black as a background color...
I didn't purposely went around with a heart for mother nature when i found this, I found this from one of edc links, so yea. I thought it is pretty cool. And if it saves the earth. Why not man? :)
Let me show you all the pictures and links. Those i will be showing apart from blackle should share the same purpose, just different customizing only...;)

Earthle. Works exactly the same way as normal google as i see it. but we're doing something good for earth!
There are a few more Greenergle, Greyle and Darkoogle which claims to be able to save energy and green text to reduce eye strain..
I thought this 10 tips to save energy is quite interesting?...So if you want to you can take a look here...:)
This new 'google' inspired sites which are self claimed by them to be able to work almost exactly like google is slated to be good for the earth as it can save energy and so the continuous cycle goes. Thus, ya, if you like it and believe in it. Change your google search engine to it! :) I have my reservations on this, but then again. Maybe we should give them the benefit of doubt. But. anyway. it looks kinda cool right? haa. :P
