ikea fiasco

Despite all the chaos and work pile in class last week few weeks, 2 of my classmates and i still managed to scoot down to ikea (which was really just a stone's throw away from school) for a glorious lunch. Why glorious? because.....look at all the food we got! i tell you, its the stress. And cux we're girls. :p

Let's see what we have.....3 main dishes. 1 plate of Swedish meatballs.1 plate of chiken wings ( i think it was 5 pieces?). 1 prawn and fruits salad. 1 princess cake. 1 yummi daim cake.

and the best thing was we finished it all and cleared our trays thank you.

this cake is yummy!:) chocolatey! it's sold as as a whole cake in the basement of ikea. :)
then you can buy it home to eat it as and when you enjoy!

can anyone tell me why? i'm quite baffled....no matter which angle i look at it, it still looks more like a tennis ball cake. haa...:P

it was alright...and a little soft, but i think that was due to the fact that we had taken it out of the fridge for some time leaving it on the table......
Tasted of mostly of kaya....So if you're a kaya fan, you know what dessert to go for...;)

after lunch....we headed down to get some stuff. Lih yee was baking stuff and needed containers...so we found very cute big and small containers...:)
but before container finding...a few pictures would'nt hurt...:P
and ikea is always fun...so many random useful things...
she bought this too...as a gift...
the pillow i held was dark blue...but it looks black here....haha...

imagine a full length heart shape mirror....hmmx...no..too big..kinda scary..i'll opt for the boring long rectangle type...more user friendly...hahaa...

and i decided to put it on my head to illustrate how it has resemblance to a kind of winter hats...
those they use in western countries where there are harsh winters....anyone know of those hats?

then i realised....that cushion might have dropped on the floor before and i'm putting it on my head....
