NDP rehersal

lilalienations: everyone seems to have opinions about this years ndp song....for me. I liked it...its real nice...but different, so different i didn't realise it was a ndp song...i was actually thinking during the show...what a nice song! but it's true that i guess its not a kind of song which will be easily picked up by everyone...great tune though. See the mv Here. It was done up by local band Electrico. thumbs. :)

I wasn't lucky enough to score NDP tickets to the actual show or the preview...but lucky me! this year i managed to get tickets to the rehersal(thanks to moms friend)...though the rehersal lacked all the actual stars and singers...BUT....if you know me well....you would know why I would want to be there....

Sarah hates to be squeezed and pushed upon in crowds....and if she willingly wants to join the queue...unless theres mayday...if not...it must be fireworks!:D yea! Sorry...throughout the whole post you would get non of it...because...i was too busy gazing and oo-ing and ahh-ing that i didn't manage to snap any photos....Want to lose my attention while talking to me...talk to me while the fireworks are on.....:P

We were there early evening. Luckyfor us it was a breezy day...or it so happen to be a good location!

This is my second time watching ndp live...the first time was eons ago in primaryschool at the stadium....
the skyline was pretty...and sunset colours are one of my faves....:)

the picture earlier on showed the stage in the day time...this was how it looked like at night...there were a few impressive stuff which i forgotten to take..because i was enjoying the show....haha...

And again if you know me well.....i love stuff like this...stuff which lights up...stuff which glows....glow in the dark lightsticks...in this case...this was battery operated...

It was quite a magnificent sight when the lights were off and everyone were waving their white and red hearts....i wasn't using the right camera then...so this pictures does not do it enough justice....

If you catch the telecast on tv...you will understand how pretty it is when everyone switches their light hearts on in white or red. :)
